After finishing his working hours in BiH AF, Corporal Semir Sarajkić judged the football match between Posušje and Gorazde (Placement for the entry into the First League of the Federation of BiH). At the very end of this match, a duel between regular player Nedim Kurtovic from Gorazde and one of the host football players took place. Kurtovic remained motionless and unconscious. The audience and all the actors were remaining speechless. Main Judge Semir Sarajkić, a member of the Peace Support Operations Training Center (PSOTC), reacted quickly; he pulled Kurtovic`s tongue out of his mouth and prevented severe consequences.

The day after the match, Corporal Sarajkić described his experience:

"After the seemingly harmless duo of two players, I noticed that one player remained lying motionless on the ground. When I realized what was going on, I immediately started to apply the acquired knowledge in the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina in providing first aid. I turned him on his flank side and pulled out his tongue to avoid suffocation. After my quick reaction, the injured player came to consciousness. Everything ended well, because one human life was saved, "said Corporal Sarajkić.

Corporal Semir Sarajkić, showed willingness, training and competence, as well as courage and self-confidence during the intervention of saving human life.
